Today's Hilton Head trip : ) {August 25, 2011}

Quite impressive, eh?  Posting on the same day!

We had a great trip to Hilton Head over the last 3 days.  My mom and Junior's mom came with us, and we didn't have a drop of rain the whole trip, just beautiful clouds! (and a bird who posed perfectly for my shot, just to make my day)  Reagan was good for the trip, but for some reason, she was choosing not to listen a lot more than usual.  I'm hoping things get back to normal now that we're home, and I can blame it on exhaustion from the sun... maybe?! 

I'm looking forward to a fun wedding this weekend, and a busy next week. 

Oh, and finally a hair cut tomorrow : ) 

Yeah, yeah~  sorry for the short posts Aunt TT, but it's better than nothing!

Hilton Head~ all the kids! {June 2011}

This was the first time all the grand kids have been together at the beach.  First time I've gotten them together for a picture too, (and of course, it would be my child not looking at the camera, oh well~)  

This feels like it was forever ago... and yes, I am packing now to head back to the beach in the morning. 

I'm only 8 weeks behind on posting...Ouch!

For this trip, Aaron brought his family of 6 so Pete's mom rented another condo.  There were 15 of us total, which was cool, but MAN was it crazy!  I feel like I didn't get good enough pictures, especially on the beach, but it was such a mad house.  Too many kids and not enough eyes with everyone so scattered.  I was "on call" I guess : )

Mid afternoon after swimming is when everyone crashes...



(no, these were NOT our sleeping arrangements!  Kyle and Becca slept in separate bunks : )

Did I mention Reagan LOVES her cousins?!  She still says "Tomowoah, we doe to da beach wif my tousins!  Yeah!  We dunna have so much fun!"  Then I have to tell her they're home in Tennessee, so then... "We doe to Tennessee to see my tousins and den tate dem to da beach wif uuuuuus!   Yaaay!"

Yeah.  She misses you girls ; )

Some summer {July-ish 2011}

I cannot believe we have a big kid now, and we couldn't be more proud : )

I just have some randomness to post for now.  We've been enjoying the summer, and will be planning our Disney trip for October!  PLEASE send some tips out way if you have any!  We only have the hotel so far, and it looks like there will be 7 of us going, so we need to get this thing planned!  My mom pulled some old park tickets out of her desk yesterday that she thinks Disney will still honor.  They are from our family trip 19 years ago and still have 3 days worth on them to use!?  I can't wait to find out if we can use these antiques, they DO say they don't expire! : )

Zoo trip- part II {June 2011}

We have wanted to go back to the zoo since this trip in June, but NOT with this weather! I'll pass with the 110 heat index we've had lately. We have a Hilton Head beach trip coming up in a couple weeks,

(beach session anyone!?)

but I'm trying to hold out for school to go back for our little day trips. It gets SO busy everywhere during the summer, and my lens doesn't like it when we can't see around the crowds : )

Now for Reagan and Simba~

She loves feeding the giraffe's when we go, despite the slime.








Wow.  Look at that little girl's smile!  Noooot the most flattering of me, huh, but we had fun!

Here I am again, thinking about the next beach trip and haven't posted the last one- that was the first time all Reagan's cousins went with her!  I've got a few sessions and a wedding on my plate at the moment, and I'll post again soon : )
