I am proud to call them family, and smile thinking of the directions their lives are headed.

The half birthday! {April 21, 2011}

My baby is 2 1/2 now!

I just had a little 'randomness' to post, all of which are on the 'favorite things to do' list.

I could probably break this into several posts, but won't for the sake of catching up. There's a good bit of sessions/weddings coming up and my editing time won't be spent on my own pictures ; )

I love it when things are busy!

So here's some of her fav things to do... All crammed in one post : )

New crafts and projects, glitter is awesome!

This is the magic wand she "poos" us with, after we decorated it.

Baking, at least once a week.

Stickers for anything, especially the princesses.

Play-doh is the best.

We roll it out and bake our 'play-doh tooties' in the cold oven.

; )

Planting flowers or anything that has to do with dirt, without getting dirty.

Painting, painting, painting.

Unsa Aba of course.

Jumping on the bed more and more.

"High now mommy! High now!"

She never gets tired of it.

Running at the park.

Dancing in the play-yard.

Taking Sissy to the pet store and pushing her around.

"Oh Sissy! Your favite tore!"

I have recently gotten her to nap again. She went about 6 weeks without one, and now I can get her to go down in the car for about an hour or so. She wakes up when I try to get her out, so we deal with nap time in the car. I tried to tell myself she didn't have to have one, but WOW, she's a happier baby again!

Oh, and of course, ROCKS.

Beach bunny {April 21, 2011}

We just got back this afternoon from Hilton Head and I had to post one! We took nana with us and spent 4 awesome days on the water. Reagan LOVES the beach, and this time there were hundreds of jellies washed up on shore.? She kept fussing at them, saying "Don't hurt Dori dehwee fish!" (hopefully you all know the Nemo movie) It was so hi-larious!

I had to fuss at her yesterday for not listening because she was trying to leave the condo without us, so I sat her on the bed and told her she was in time out. Her response:

"Mommy, you happy?"

"No baby, because you weren't listening"

"Oh. It's otay mommy, I poos you happy. POOS! You tan be happy now!"

I was speechless for about 3 seconds before cracking up.

She poofs everyone because she loves Abby Cadabey on Sesame Street and the blue fairy from Pinocchio. She usually "poos" me into a "real durl" but never to cheer me up. I usually hold it together when I'm trying to teach a lesson, but NO WAY! I burst out laughing, and her "poos" worked for sure that time!

Easter egg hunt tomorrow morning! Yay!

Huge surprise!

My mom's sister Jeanie flew in from Oregon to visit for a whole week! No one knew except mom the night before, and she REALLY shocked us! She was last here 17 years ago, and saying she rarely flies is an understatement. Because of that, we are HONORED that she traveled so far to see us, or rather Reagan : ) She always keeps up on the blog and says she couldn't watch Reagan grow up that way. She had to come meet her so they could spend time together. She's leaving tomorrow ("sah face"), and I have had the MOST wonderful time with her here. It's been better than I could have imagined.

I am really hating photobucket.

It's scaring me that they won't recover my pictures! All my stuff is linked to photobucket and without the pictures... ! You'll only be able to read the last few posts for now because I just switced to picasa. And WON'T go back. (Don't worry, I have all the pictures backed up of course, it only effects the blog.)

They will get a dish of my mean side soon : (

We love birthdays... : ) {March 12, 2011}

Ashton turned 25 on the 13th and Megan the big 21 on the 12th, so we had a party at our house for the two of them. Reagan talked about the "pah-ee" forever, she was so excited! She would list off everyone who was going to be there, every time she thought about it. WHAT an awesome evening.
