Carnival Valor April 2-9 2006
Vacation at last! This is our newly formed habit of a vacation, a cruise. Last year when we went on our first real cruise with my boss and his family. Right then we decided that no other vacation compares and... let's just say we plan to go again next year. We went Carnival again but the Valor ship this time and sailed out of Miami on April 2. We talked Pete's parents and my mom and Dave into going with us. This was Pete's parents first real big vacation together and first cruise ever!
The Trip...
First stop was Grand Cayman. Pete's parents went on a glass bottom boat tour and to a turtle farm, while we went snorkling with mom and Dave. Second stop was Roatan Honduras where all 6 of us took a bus to Tabyana Beach to spend the afternoon and did some shopping on the beach also. The third stop mom and Dave went deap sea fishing in Belize. The rest of us wanted to take it easy and just walk around through the shops because we had a big excursion coming up the next day. We planned on going to see the Mayan Ruins with Pete's parents while mom and Dave went riding in thier own private speed boat. First thing the next day they cancelled our stop and we got another fun day at sea. We had alot of fun and would positively do it again... The next few posts are all the trip picks!
